Your Role:

Are you passionate about utilizing your expertise to influence the Cyber, Security, and Intelligence sectors? We are looking for a dedicated Analyst to contribute to significant, mission-critical initiatives that directly affect national security and intelligence operations.

This program is designed to support Intelligence and Scientific Analysis efforts for various military intelligence activities. You will collaborate with top-tier professionals from the United States Marine Corps and the Department of Defense, providing analytical support across multiple intelligence domains. Your role will involve offering essential resources and insights to assist in Weapons and Technical Analysis, Geo-spatial Intelligence Science, Regional Analysis, and Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive full motion imagery analysis, generating intelligence outputs from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platforms to support national security goals.
  • Deliver real-time, 24/7 full motion video analysis while maintaining situational awareness and understanding mission requirements.
  • Utilize various intelligence databases to gather supplementary information that enhances research and analysis efforts.
  • Create both standard and customized FMV imagery analysis products, including detailed motion imagery reports tailored to specific missions.
  • Perform imagery research to meet current military requirements, leveraging various sensor systems to address detailed information needs.
  • Generate and provide metadata to support structured observations aligned with military intelligence initiatives.
  • Engage in simultaneous viewing, exploitation, and documentation of live FMV, ensuring operational support for missions.
  • Identify and analyze targets and related activities by understanding mission-specific geolocations.
  • Conduct thorough research to provide context and amplifying information to support exploitation activities.
  • Analyze existing intelligence to identify knowledge gaps and investigate all available sources to fill those gaps.
  • Engage in data mining across multiple databases and open-source reporting to gather relevant intelligence.
  • Produce multimedia content to support various exploitation activities.
  • Provide assessments and evaluations for peer analysts to ensure quality and accuracy in analysis.
  • Conduct multi-intelligence research and dissemination of intelligence information in accordance with established government priorities and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the concepts relevant to the specified functions in this role.
  • Familiarity with IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Ability to work semi-independently with appropriate oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Capability to interpret analysis and understand its implications.
  • Proficient in producing timely and concise analytical reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to develop structured research methodologies while adhering to security protocols.
  • Skill in recognizing and resolving inconsistencies in information.
  • Experience with complex analytic methodologies to enhance analytical rigor.
  • Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations.
  • Experience in evaluating intelligence reporting and developing collection requirements.

Clearance Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant analytical experience, with recent experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
