About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Imagery Analyst to support our team in analyzing and interpreting full-motion video (FMV) data from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform real-time FMV analysis to produce intelligence products that support national security objectives and senior policymakers.
  • Maintain situational awareness 24/7, providing continuous FMV exploitation while understanding mission objectives and intelligence requirements.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools, such as Cedalion and other multi-disciplined IC databases, to gather and analyze data, ensuring thorough and accurate reporting.
  • Create tailored intelligence products, including motion imagery summary reports and other deliverables that meet the needs of the USMC.
  • Support target identification and research, providing amplifying information to enhance the effectiveness of exploitation activities.
  • Generate structured observations, contributing to DoD, USMC, and IC initiatives.
  • Collaborate and communicate with peers and senior analysts, providing support and real-time exploitation comments to ensure effective decision-making during live FMV missions.
  • Develop analytical skills, engaging in multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Relevant experience in the US Military, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community, with a focus on FMV and imagery analysis.
  • U.S. citizenship with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) / T5 investigation and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Analytical aptitude, with the ability to utilize, analyze, and extrapolate intelligence information from still and full-motion video.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for effective coordination within the organization.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute while performing live FMV exploitation.
  • Meet minimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities as defined by management.
