Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future. ManTech is looking for a Motion Imagery Analyst to support our Marine Corps Intelligence Activity contract. This position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

The role involves working night shifts with a schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on, 3 days off, including weekends and holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive full motion imagery analysis, generating intelligence products from various airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platforms.
- Provide real-time 24/7 full motion video exploitation while maintaining Situational Awareness (SA) and understanding mission objectives and intelligence requirements.
- Research and utilize multi-disciplined Intelligence Community databases to enhance analysis and support research efforts.
- Produce both standard and customized FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports tailored to specific missions.
- Perform imagery research to meet current requirements, utilizing various sources such as NRO Overhead Systems and civil/commercial sensors.
- Create and manage metadata to support structured observations aligned with DoD, USMC, and Intelligence Community initiatives.
- Identify targets and related activities by understanding the Order of Battle for mission-related geolocations.

- Conduct thorough target research to provide context and additional information to support exploitation activities.
- Analyze existing intelligence to identify knowledge gaps and investigate various intelligence sources to fill those gaps.
- Engage in data mining using multiple databases and open-source reporting to support intelligence operations.
- Provide multimedia production support for exploitation activities.
- Mentor and train other analysts when appointed as a mentor.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for analysts requiring performance reviews.

- Execute multi-INT research, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in accordance with government policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Exploit Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Infrared SAR (ISAR) imagery.
- Perform additional duties as required.


Mandatory Skills:

- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (In DISS).
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, or 6 years of experience without a degree.
- Completion of a basic intelligence course.
- Ability to prepare and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings using visual aids.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-tempo, high-stress environment that demands multitasking.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in compiling, evaluating, and disseminating intelligence information to support operations.


Preferred Skills:

- Experience providing 24/7 support in a shift work environment as part of a team.
- Familiarity with internet relay chat and data mining using various intelligence sources.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS and RemoteView or similar software.
- Ability to perform geo-location mensuration and maintain geospatial databases.
- Understanding of intelligence organization, collection, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries and military capabilities.

Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary for extended periods. For positions requiring access to export-controlled technology, employment is contingent on verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining necessary licenses.
