Job Summary

The Girls' Middle School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Ensure proper operation of laptops, peripherals, and software/drivers.
  • Maintain JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) and documentation.
  • Support multiple aspects of database installation, integration, maintenance, support, and data workflow.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Technology to stay abreast of emerging technology and edtech tools.
  • Provide training and support to faculty, staff, and students on the use of hardware and digital tools.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products, services, and training.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent.
  • Apple Certified (ACMT) or willingness to be certified.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
  • Prior work in schools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Commitment to the core values and mission of The Girls' Middle School.

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
