Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and uphold exceptional customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate order processing.
- Generate and manage pricing quotes throughout the order lifecycle.
- Verify pricing, discounts, and terms of orders in line with established guidelines.
- Process warranty claims and manage credits as per company policy.
- Share competitive insights regarding pricing and products with internal teams.
- Initiate requests for product samples and sales literature as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments and sales techniques.
- Exhibit the core values of Viaflex in daily interactions.

Additional Duties:
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement of the division's quality management system in compliance with ISO standards.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to customers to generate business.
- Participate in industry events, including trade shows and conferences, as required.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting customer demand for effective capacity planning.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and gather feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to build and nurture relationships that foster trust and value.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, with an annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required.
