Senior Associate Job Description

At Brady, Martz and Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Review and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • CPA or CMA license, or working towards obtaining one.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based technology and firm audit software.
