Business Development Director

Your ImpactAs a Business Development Director, you will lead critical projects and initiatives to address key strategic questions or issues for the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing project scope and plan for key strategic projects and initiatives, including deliverables, milestones, and timing.
- Organizing and guiding a cross-functional team of leaders.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing business strategies to align with the company's objectives to drive growth and profitability.
- Designing and leading analysis efforts to identify simplification opportunities and quantify potential impact with support of various functions.
- Developing recommendations and driving execution of recommendations for areas of opportunity across the business.
- Providing coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Development or a related field.
- Ten (10) or more years of related experience OR Seven (7) or more years of related consulting experience.
- Five (5) or more years of management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
