The Senior Construction Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing substantial construction initiatives, typically valued at $20 million and above, across a broad geographic area. Project types will include educational institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial enterprises, hospitality venues, and wood-frame construction.
Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $130,000 to $170,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all stages of large-scale construction projects from conception through to completion.
- Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective project delivery.
- Track project milestones, proactively identify challenges, and implement corrective measures to maintain progress.

- Manage all project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and status reports.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as the lead project manager on significant projects.
- Proven experience managing high-value projects, with a minimum threshold of $15 million.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight of projects, including procurement, budgeting, cash flow management, and project closure.
