Job Title: Senior Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at CyberCoders. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and supervising Superintendents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects and ensure timely completion
  • Provide guidance and support to Superintendents and field staff
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols
  • Attend project meetings and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Maintain project records and reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
