We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our Ground up Commercial Projects in the SouthWest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to minimize delays and cost overruns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance and quality control
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Ground up Commercial Projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
