About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Dental Care of Grafton. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and compassionate patient care, including routine cleanings, exams, and education.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
