Position Overview

We are in search of detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Attendant. The ideal candidate will create memorable experiences for our guests through meticulous attention to detail and care in preparing and maintaining public areas while assisting fellow room attendants.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean each assigned guestroom in accordance with established standards, including:
  • Restoring and refreshing guest rooms, including bedrooms, living areas, balconies, and bathrooms.
  • Being courteous and accommodating to guests, including addressing any guest requests or preferences.
  • Completing assigned tasks promptly as directed by Housekeeping management.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest accommodations.
  • Performing additional tasks as required that may extend beyond regular duties based on operational needs.

Job Requirements:
§ Regularly push and pull items weighing between 50-75 lbs.
§ Frequently lift items weighing between 5-25 lbs.
§ Engage in pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and reaching upwards.
§ Exposure to cleaning agents.
§ Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
§ Candidates must have full availability and flexibility in their schedules, including weekends and holidays.

While performing the duties of this position, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls, and communicate verbally or audibly.

The associate frequently reaches with hands and arms. Occasionally, the associate may need to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Compensation

The compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
