Position Summary:
The Room Attendant is tasked with upholding the cleanliness standards within hotel guest accommodations and public areas, including storage and supply zones for housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean, dust, sanitize, and replenish all assigned guest rooms (including bathrooms) following established protocols.
  • Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained and properly organized.
  • Keep hallways tidy, organized, and free from debris in all designated areas.
  • Document and report any lost and found items in accordance with company procedures.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor consistently towards all guests and staff.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative, self-awareness, professionalism, a positive attitude, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in English communication is required.
  • Must be a collaborative team member.
  • Availability for varied shifts as determined by departmental needs.
