Job Summary

The Venice Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare hotel rooms to meet company standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Utilize proper cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager.
  • Assist with laundry and other tasks as needed to support the Housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic cleaning skills and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
