About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Fisher Investments. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing large-scale systems infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex systems infrastructure projects, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage technical aspects of assigned projects, including resolving issues and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Work independently to provide technical solutions to complex challenges for both IT-facing and business-facing customers.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Operations, Information Security, and other departments to ensure successful technology project implementation.
  • Lead the effort in standardizing processes, streamlining, and making processes simple while providing technical escalation point for production support during normal business and off-hours.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a focus on Citrix.
  • Experience in following technologies required: VDI, Mobility, Citrix, or Collaboration solutions including Cloud-based productivity applications like Office 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Experience implementing and managing end-point operational analytics and end-user experience monitoring solutions.
  • Experience working with Procurement and Service Desk teams to ensure license compliance.
  • Prioritize user community satisfaction and feedback in meeting the business demands.
  • Demonstrated experience improving end-user experience from a hardware and access perspective.
What We Offer
  • $130,000 - $145,000 base salary per year in the state of WA.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
