Job Summary

As an Intermediate Billing Representative at Dominion Energy, you will play a critical role in administering the processing and preparation of bills and billing reports for our customers. This position requires a strong understanding of billing systems, regulations, and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare bills and billing reports for customer accounts
  • Perform routine and complex analyses to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing
  • Monitor and maintain billing system controls to prevent errors and discrepancies
  • Research and resolve billing issues and discrepancies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer service, credit, payments, or accounting
  • Experience with SAP or Customer Core preferred
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and rate schedules
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and research skills
Working Conditions
