We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team at HALL CPA GROUP.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop software, as well as a strong background in generally accepted accounting principles.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining financial records, including monthly, quarterly, and annual activity
  • Recording and processing transactions, including deposits, checks, expenses, and credit card transactions
  • Maintaining integration between QuickBooks Online and third-party apps and point of sale systems
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Preparing and submitting payroll taxes and annual tax filings
  • Creating financial statements and general ledger reviews

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
