About the Role

As a Property Leasing Consultant, you will oversee all aspects of apartment leasing, including:

  • Managing the entire leasing process from initial inquiries to resident move-ins and lease renewals.
  • Engaging with potential residents and qualifying prospects through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Providing outstanding service to residents and addressing their requests in collaboration with maintenance teams.
  • Utilizing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maintaining awareness of market trends.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
