Job Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct therapy services to students with autism and developmental disorders.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to support students' learning and behavioral development. As an RBT, you will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: One-on-one or group therapy sessions to students with autism and developmental disorders.
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Data Collection and Tracking: Collect and track data on student progress to inform treatment decisions.
  • Classroom Management: Assist with classroom management and support individualized learning goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, and other school staff to ensure positive student outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain professional documentation and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Active RBT Certification: Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred).
  • Experience: Prior experience working with students with autism or behavioral disorders preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
