About the Role

As a Center-Based Behavior Technician, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Your patience, compassion, and ability to work effectively in a team will enable you to teach essential life skills while managing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Work one-on-one with children, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to children with autism, promoting their development and well-being.
Requirements
  • Patient and compassionate approach to supporting children with autism.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test (if not previously obtained within the last year).
  • Pass a pre-employment background check.
