We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This requires patience, compassion, and physical stamina, as you will assist children in various activities promoting their communication and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Assist children in developing communication and daily living skills through evidence-based techniques
  • Provide compassionate support and care to children and their families

Requirements:

  • Passionate about helping children with autism
  • Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
  • Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Salary Range: $16 - $20 per hour
