Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and cheerful Dining Room Support Specialist who values a positive workplace culture. Additionally, after a year of continuous full-time service, employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation at their regular pay rate.

Role Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Dining Room Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:
  • Demonstrating a passion for food, beverages, and hospitality
  • Upholding the Tiny Boxwoods brand standards
  • Gaining knowledge of the menu offerings
  • Preparing the dining area for service
  • Efficiently carrying multiple plates
  • Exhibiting tray carrying proficiency
  • Delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to guests
  • Ensuring all guests receive attentive service
  • Communicating effectively with team members
  • Maintaining tables throughout the dining experience
  • Cleaning and organizing table settings
  • Engaging with guests in a friendly manner
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction
  • Exhibiting professional sales skills
  • Contributing to team goals by completing tasks efficiently
  • Performing minimal food preparation tasks
  • Adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handling phone inquiries professionally
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
  • Complying with the dress code
  • Executing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
The role involves working in a restaurant setting, interacting with guests, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Potential hazards may include slips, trips, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

Physical Demands:
