Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at California Coast Credit. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members by supporting branches, call centers, and Spectrum departments with general questions regarding operations, policies, and procedures via phone and email communications.

About the Role
The Operations Service Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and responding to incoming department mail, including member correspondence per credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance. Additionally, this role requires reviewing and auditing department reports as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports branches, call center, and Spectrum departments with general questions regarding operations, policies, and procedures via phone and email communications.
  • Accurately process and respond to incoming department mail including member correspondence per credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
  • Review and audit department reports as assigned.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $24.50-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the financial industry.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
