Job Overview
Innovation At Work is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call abandonment rate and speed to answer

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Telephone Operator
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
