As a member of our commercial team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation, all while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, such as Oracle/NetSuite or Salesforce, is a plus.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical plans, HSA/FSA options, fertility & family planning assistance, pet insurance, and retirement contributions. Our total compensation package includes a salary range of $22.30 - $25.28 per hour, as well as long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation, and employee stock purchase plans.
