Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will lead by example, driving sales revenue growth and market share expansion in the Pacific Northwest. As a player-coach, you will be responsible for managing a focused business development and inside sales team, assessing market trends, and developing strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the hazardous waste and environmental sector. You will be responsible for:
- Safely operating company vehicles and maintaining compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
- Assuming accountability for overall sales pipeline, revenue, and CRM usage for the business development team.
- Demonstrating ability to direct, guide, coach, and lead a geographically focused business development sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Achieving personal revenue targets while prioritizing and managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Valid driver's license and a strong knowledge of local traffic laws.
- High school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years sales management experience, with 5-10 years of sales experience in the hazardous waste and environmental sector.
- Proven sales management and business development track record.
- Working knowledge of 40 and 49 CFRs.
About Our Salary
The salary range for this position is estimated at $100,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
