Job Summary

Pacifico Power is seeking a dedicated Asset Management Associate to join our team. The Asset Management Associate will be the main contact for PV power plant day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Operation and Maintenance (O&M), Loan, Equity, Security, and other contracts related to the projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on operation data and reports from O&M and other service providers.
  • Analyze budget, forecast, and actual data, including DSCR calculation and distribution calculation.
  • Request approval from investors and lenders for unscheduled maintenance.
  • Handle warranty and insurance claims related to the projects.
  • Communicate with utility companies, government authorities, local cities, prefectures, communities, landowners, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage permits and other legal requirements during the operation of the plants.
  • Analyze data to maximize production and improve power plant performance.
  • Manage and analyze engineering and Energy Yield Analysis reports related to the project.
  • Coordinate with accounting, tax firms, auditors, property managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Support senior management and other team members with ad-hoc reporting requests.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management of real estate funds or renewable energy companies, or 3 years of experience in project financing of financial institutions.
  • Drive and enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to the company's business.
  • Team player with effective interaction skills with other team members.
  • Interest in the solar industry and willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or engineering is a plus).
