Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our innovative team. This role involves the design and execution of robust software solutions that meet user needs and enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design and development of comprehensive software solutions.
- Construct and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Produce high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code with thorough documentation.
- Ensure application responsiveness and optimal performance.
- Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration.
- Identify and resolve bugs, while monitoring production issues.
- Participate in technical discussions to gather and understand user requirements.
- Conduct unit testing to validate application functionality.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience in full stack web development.
- Strong grasp of front-end technologies including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in backend technologies, particularly Python, Flask, and Django.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
- Understanding of caching mechanisms using Redis.
- Knowledge of web servers like Apache and Nginx.
- Experience in creating REST APIs using Flask/DRF and integrating with external services.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Bitbucket, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes, including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role reflects a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated pay range is between $60 and $65 per hour, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Benefits:
As a full-time employee, you will have access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans. Benefits commence on your first day of employment. Additionally, you can participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment. The Company offers 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of parental leave, along with a flexible PTO policy for personal time off.
