Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Case Manager to join our team at Genex Services. As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians, employers, customers, and injured/disabled individuals to create and implement treatment plans that promote optimal recovery and return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that align with the injured/disabled individual's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of injured/disabled individuals to identify treatment needs and develop effective plans.
  • Communicate regularly with employers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing cases and making decisions to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation or a related field.
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, or COHN) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Benefits:

Compensation: The expected base pay for this position ranges from $70,600 to $95,000 annually, with eligibility to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
