  • Manage cash handling and reconciliation processes in line with company policies.
  • Participate in hiring and termination processes.
  • Step in as needed to uphold guest service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Foster the professional development of team members in all managerial aspects.
  • Organize and complete all necessary paperwork, including reports and schedules, in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained in excellent condition through regular inspections and adherence to maintenance programs.

  • Verify that all products are received accurately and in good condition, following our receiving protocols.
  • Oversee the completion of employee performance evaluations in accordance with company policies.
  • Schedule staff according to anticipated business levels while meeting labor cost objectives.

  • Administer fair and consistent corrective actions for any policy violations.
  • Stay informed and compliant with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance restaurant visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Proficient in the primary language(s) of the restaurant's operational area.
  • A background in the food and beverage industry with at least three years in operations or assistant management roles.
  • Strong mathematical skills and experience with cash registers or POS systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to five hours) and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
