About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at Bath Creek Estates. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean resident rooms and other interior and exterior community areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive physical environment for residents, including performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
  • Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff to ensure seamless execution of duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
