**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Housing Compliance Manager to join our team at Infojini Inc in Brooklyn, NY. This is a contract position with a possibility of extension.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Job Description:

  • Supervise Complaint Specialists and assign cases
  • Ensure compliance with program rules and regulations
  • Recruitment, evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations
  • Communicate with applicants, tenants, landlords, and outside agencies

**Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program and related compliance functions, including HUD rules and regulations. They must be able to interpret policies and guidelines, prepare clear concise reports, and recommend improvements.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and professionalism skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demands
  • Knowledge of Siebel database and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other database systems
