Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote census growth and drive business development in our markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Census Development: Collaborate with our Regional Director of Operations to exceed budgeted census and achieve optimal quality mix, establishing CommuniCare as a provider of choice in our markets.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to support sales and revenue objectives, both short and long term.
  • Supervision: Ensure effective management of marketing and sales results, taking corrective action to guarantee achievement, and oversee coaching and development of the sales staff.
  • Sales: Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key community partners, prospecting to gain and secure access to higher-level hospital/ACO/Physician/C-Suite relationships.
  • Administrative: Assist with development and manage the marketing operating budget, identify and communicate obstacles to optimum census, and guide preparation of marketing activity reports.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of healthcare-related management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand hospital DRG and network/ACO development.
  • Sales experience.
  • Ability to build success through teamwork.
  • Team building and excellent leadership skills.
  • Multi-site management experience is required.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Ability to deal tactfully with team members, other staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
