Regional Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our Property Management team at Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. This key leadership role is responsible for directing and overseeing the overall operations of our apartment communities within an assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the operations of the assigned communities.
  • Direct supervision of Community Managers within the portfolio.
  • Ensure all actions on site are conducted within company policy and procedures.
  • Manage the selection process of residents.
  • Review all expenditures and ensure all communities operate within budget.
  • Ensure each resident file is in compliance with all regulatory commitments and governmental commitments.
  • Develop operating budgets.
  • Conduct regular community inspections.
  • Evaluate cost efficiency of maintenance operations.
  • Manage advertising and marketing plans for the communities in the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple communities.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 5+ years experience working in affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, Section 8, and HOME.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager.
