This position will be part of our Systems and Support team in Student Financial Services, where you'll work closely with our Subject Matter Experts to ensure seamless operations.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can configure and maintain systems used in Student Financial Services. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll perform configuration and maintenance tasks to support operations, review, test, and troubleshoot product updates and annual releases.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and shaping systems used in Student Financial Services to support student service, daily operations, and processing. You'll also review, test, and troubleshoot product updates and annual releases.

As a member of our team, you'll contribute to key initiatives to collaborate with your team to design and optimize all financial aid practices. You'll challenge thinking and processes to drive, deliver, and facilitate system initiatives and solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $51,608.00 - $82,590.00 per year, with an expected target hiring range of $57,027.00 - $77,155.00.
