Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding to inquiries from Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) participants.
  • Enter data into recordkeeping, payroll, and vendor systems to set up new 401(k) plans.
  • Prepare necessary documents for plan setup and maintain/organize paper documents.
  • Handle escalated issues and provide internal support to associates with client issue resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of directly related experience.
  • Experience with 401(k) administration, focusing on plan administration.
  • An understanding of pension plan regulations.
  • Familiarity with investment vehicles offered through unqualified plans.
Compensation

Voya Financial is committed to fair and equitable compensation. The annual base salary range for this position is $53,540-$66,930 USD. In addition to your salary, you can expect:

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • A 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year.
