Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in the health and benefits industry
  • 6+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a benefits strategy role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
