About the Job

The Clinical Project Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing various clinical trials, education, and quality improvement projects. This individual will work closely with our clients to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of clinical trials, education, and quality improvement projects, from initial concept to final implementation and reporting.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Conduct data aggregation and analysis, and develop final reports for delivery to clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact for projects, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including end users, management, IT, and cross-functional departments.
  • Provide training for assigned customers on all aspects of the project.
  • Support management of the client relationship by managing practice relationships and fostering an environment that leads to client retention and expansion.
Requirements
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to execute within established timelines.
  • Excellent time management skills, including adhering to work schedules and activities, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective communicator, collaborator, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with top pharma, diagnostic, and cancer center hospital leadership and physicians.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and deadlines, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities smoothly and professionally.
  • Superior problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change.
Education and Qualifications
  • An Oncology Nurse with company or commercial experience is ideal.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MPH or related degree a plus.
  • Experience with Quality Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, and Plan Do Act Study methodologies is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare data or IT-related project management is required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare information systems, formats, and languages, such as HL7, FHIR, ICD-O, and ICD-10, is a plus.
  • Experience working with Cerner, Athena, Epic, and other hospital EMR systems is a plus.
  • Experience interfacing with pharma, diagnostics, cancer center clinical, administrative, and IT/Data/Informatics teams is a plus.
