The Project/Execution Manager will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and third-party contractors to deliver successful outcomes.", "Key Responsibilities": "Manage IT projects involving network, server, software implementations, and PC deployments. Coordinate work with IT staff and internal customers by defining project requirements and performing feasibility assessments. Develop detailed project plans, manage resource allocation, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget.", "Strategy & Planning": "Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders. Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports and analyzing results. Conduct project postmortems to identify successes and areas for improvement.", "Operational Management": "Direct project development from start to finish, delegating tasks to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve conflicts within the project team and manage dependencies and critical paths. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation. Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to ensure accountability and positive action.", "Acquisition & Deployment": "Estimate resources and participants needed for project goals and draft budget proposals. Negotiate with department managers for personnel acquisition and assess the need for additional staff or consultants.", "Skills and Qualifications": "Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Project Management). Proven experience in project management (5+ years) within IT environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
