Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the formulation of a comprehensive facility management strategy, focusing on predictive maintenance initiatives to ensure the reliability of all building systems and infrastructure.


Lead the creation of preventive maintenance protocols and operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as Emergency Operational Plans (EOPs).


Deliver training and mentorship to facilities personnel to meet departmental objectives related to building systems reliability.


Engage in the Safety Program, providing expertise on technical safety matters.


Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities for enhancing facility performance and resolving operational challenges.


Continuously assess and refine plant processes to improve efficiency.


Participate in the evaluation, revision, and corrective measures stemming from multi-disciplinary risk assessments, such as HAZOP Studies and Shutdown Key Reviews.


Offer technical and professional support in the planning and execution of Management of Change (MOC) initiatives.


Oversee project planning, prioritization, and the development of the annual capital budget.


Conduct technical assessments of potential business development prospects.


Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure adherence to governmental regulations.


Provide project management oversight for smaller scale projects.


Supervise and manage external consultants as necessary.


Extend technical support for commissioning and startup operations.


Authenticate professional documents as required for engineering tasks performed by the company.


Participate in Quality and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) audits.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, vendor oversight, and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and clean rooms
- Familiarity with Facility Management Control Systems (FMCS) and Reliability Management Systems (RMS)
- Preferably holds FSM or WHSO certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
