Your responsibilities will include assisting in the establishment of inventory targets, conducting Rough Cut Capacity Reviews, and managing Location-Level and SKU-Level net supply requirements.

You will facilitate cross-functional collaborations and analyze historical data, customer and factory information, market trends, and capacity forecasts to create the most precise and current supply plan.

A focus on continuous improvement will be essential to ensure that planning accuracy remains optimal while effectively communicating any changes to relevant functions.

You will gain exposure to leadership priorities and strategic initiatives that promote ongoing enhancements across all business functions.

Implement selected Supply Plan scenarios that balance constraints across factory capacity, service levels, and budget considerations.
Lead weekly cross-functional supply meetings to ensure alignment with the supply plan.
Engage with suppliers to assess capacity and propose adjustments to optimize sales and profitability.
Monitor demand against the plan and adjust the Supply Plan as necessary to support short-term needs.

Track actual performance against weekly shipments, deployments, and forecast consumption to drive continuous improvements in costs, time efficiency, capacity, and asset utilization.

Collaborate across functions to influence inventory and sales decisions on key product lines.
Develop weekly deployment strategies from Hubs to RDCs.
Assist in root cause analysis for significant service issues and communicate findings with relevant leadership.
Support Monthly ES&OP and Month-End inventory budget processes.
Manage the transition phases of key products in collaboration with the cross-functional operations team.

Inventory Reporting:
Provide and oversee rolling 18-month inventory forecasts by assigned Product Family/Manufacturing Location.
Manage processes to eliminate Non-Optimized/Excess Inventory for assigned Product Family/Manufacturing Location.
Accountable for inventory dollars and units.

Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, along with enhancements to tools and processes within the Supply Planning team and across functions.

WHO YOU ARE:
With multiple projects running concurrently, adaptability and responsiveness are crucial.
You foster trust, build strong working relationships, and communicate effectively with colleagues across various functions.
You are articulate and a good listener.

You take the time to understand your business and can convey it clearly, making a compelling case that resonates with others.

You are comfortable making decisions in uncertain situations, weighing the benefits, risks, and opportunity costs while keeping the broader picture in mind.

You set the pace and priorities, employing a systematic approach to achieve your objectives.

You can work independently while remaining proactive in identifying opportunities and executing plans.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
