Key Responsibilities:- Maintain positive resident relations through exceptional customer service
- Participate in daily operations and train and supervise the maintenance team
- Negotiate with vendors, schedule and contract services as needed
- Conduct regular property health and safety inspections
- Communicate with the General Manager regarding maintenance and curb appeal issues
- Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and appearance of buildings and common areas
- Inspect work performed by contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards
- At least 3 years' experience in apartment or hospitality maintenance
- 2-3 years' experience managing a team
- HVAC I and II Certification required, mechanical background preferred
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and basic computer skills
