  • Protect the customer experience by maintaining top-notch packaging, food presentation, and quality
  • Respond to customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Able to work at least two Saturdays a week
  • Understand Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
  • Prior customer service or money handling experience is an asset
