Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately, including quotes, purchase orders, and returns
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
