Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at A-1 Toyota. In this role, you will be responsible for selling parts to customers, both over the counter and through the shop.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase parts sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and services.
Customer Service and Support
  • Provide excellent customer service to both retail and shop customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Work closely with the service advisor and body shop to ensure seamless communication and efficient parts delivery.
Inventory Management and Order Fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and fulfill orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
Estimated Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per yearBenefits
