Sales and Outreach Coordinator for Senior Healthcare

The Center for Elders' Independence (CEI) is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services for low-income, frail seniors. As an Enrollment Development Representative I, you will play a vital role in promoting our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to various groups throughout the PACE service area.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Marketing, Outreach & Enrollment Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing, with experience working with senior populations. You will be responsible for conducting marketing events, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and generating qualified leads to increase census for our PACE centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present and deliver presentations promoting CEI's PACE program to various groups
• Produce self-generated qualified leads and schedule visitor tours and presentations
• Conduct outreach and thorough follow-up with all potential clients for enrollment in programs
• Maintain and report production results, daily/weekly/monthly, and keep accurate records to track individual productivity through implemented department systems
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources within the PACE geographical service area
• Mail/deliver information about comprehensive health and social services to various community-based organizations serving seniors
• Meet and/or exceed minimum productivity targets by organizing and conducting a minimum of 2 events per month, 1 internal and 1 external

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience required
• Healthcare business development experience and thorough understanding of medical terminology and reimbursement space – Medicare, Medi-Cal – preferred
• Demonstrated history of success in goal attainment
• Excellent customer service and service recovery skills
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish; English/Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese; English/Vietnamese or other
• Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM and MS Office
• Passion for working with senior and underserved populations
Physical and Travel Requirements:
• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 40 pounds), bend, etc., hand and wrist dexterity to utilize keyboard
• Travel within assigned territory up to 80% of the time to healthcare provider and agency sites, programs, and special functions
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance coverage required
