Synalovski Romanik Saye LLC is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team of experts in creating exceptional spaces that enhance the quality of life for our clients. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial, and contribute to the success of our award-winning firm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and revise design concepts, presentations, and renderings to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and clients to ensure project success and address feedback and inquiries.
  • Assist in creating presentation materials and boards for client presentations.
  • Prepare construction document sets, including interior plans, RCP, power and fixture plans, elevations, and Millwork details.
  • Apply building codes and industry standards to production drawings.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to coordinate design implementation and ensure project success.
  • Develop interiors concepts based on client vision, project scope, and architectural concept.
  • Utilize creative thinking to achieve innovative solutions.
  • Conduct research for the project team, including conceptual, site, client, and materials research.
  • Schedule updates with vendors and maintain a finish library.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in projects such as workspace, hospitality, institutional, commercial, governmental, retail, or mixed-use projects.

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
