Position Overview:

The Facilities Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our physical plant systems and equipment, which are vital for delivering exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor and operate facility systems to guarantee efficiency, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other critical systems.
  • Perform necessary adjustments and maintenance to uphold operational standards.
  • Document all operational activities, incidents, and maintenance tasks in accordance with established protocols.
  • Analyze system failures and implement corrective measures to restore functionality.
  • Test and manage water chemistry for various systems to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Maintain mechanical rooms and service equipment in a safe and reliable condition.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding plant operations.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess additional vocational training and hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
