Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of properties. This permanent position presents a unique chance to manage diverse property types, ensuring high standards of operation and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all facets of a diverse property portfolio, including commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
2. Create and oversee annual budgets, including financial forecasting and reporting.
3. Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards.
4. Collaborate with service providers for maintenance and upgrades.
5. Administer lease agreements, including negotiations and renewals.
6. Develop and execute risk management strategies.
7. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.
8. Foster strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
9. Work alongside facilities management to ensure operational efficiency.
10. Stay informed on real estate trends to enhance management practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years in property management, focusing on commercial and retail properties.
2. Valid real estate license in California.
3. Preferred certifications include CPM, CSM, and RPA.
4. LEED Certification is advantageous.
5. Proven expertise in lease and vendor management, as well as property inspections.
6. Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting and reporting.
7. Excellent communication abilities to build relationships with tenants and vendors.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and property management software.
9. Experience in managing commercial tenant improvements.
10. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
11. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
12. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties effectively.
