Job Summary

Prominent Real Estate Company is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the properties.
  • Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and improvements.
  • Handle lease administration, including negotiations, renewals, and enforcement of lease terms.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing high-quality customer service and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Work closely with the facilities management team to ensure the smooth operation of all properties.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the real estate market and utilize this knowledge to improve property management strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial and retail properties.
  • A valid California real estate license.
  • Certifications in Property Management (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA) are preferred.
  • LEED Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lease management, vendor management, risk management, and property inspections.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in annual budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other property management software.
  • Experience in managing commercial tenant improvements.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
